THE ULTIMATE TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE
The Ultimate Team Building Experience is an experiential empathetic leadership and social responsibility program that is highly beneficial for any community (a community can be a neighborhood, city, county, business, ministry, nonprofit, school, law enforcement agency, or other group of people with a common unity) that has a desire to improve, experienced recent trauma, wishes to bridge divides, wants to live up to their full potential, or just wants to bring the community together for good.
The program begins with a 12-week leadership class and culminates with a month-long class project in the form of a celebrity basketball game and a TV show episode that documents the group of students helping people in need in your community. The students will be the co-planners of the event, and co-stars of the TV show!
This program leads a group of 50-100 people through a team building and community enriching experience that they will never, ever forget!
THE ULTIMATE TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE IN 3 EXCITING STEPS
This class teaches empathetic leadership, social responsibility, teamwork, and more. The class typically meets virtually two hours a week for 12 weeks (we also offer an intensive in-person option that takes 5 full-days or 10 half-days to complete). Leadership Classes
Two examples of the many communities that can greatly benefit from this class:
* For hotels, restaurants, stadiums/arenas, theme parks, and others in the hospitality industry: This class combines hospitality, customer service, social responsibility, empathetic leadership, emotional intelligence, and other valuable elements into an amazing learning and team-building experience that helps hospitality industry professionals gel with each other, build deeper relationships with suppliers and vendors, and create immediate and strong bonds with guests that will have them coming back again and again. The cost can be justified by the attraction or retention of just one large group of guests due to improved service.
* For law enforcement agencies: This class helps law enforcement agencies establish and build trust with the community. There’s a saying: “Make your friends before you need them.” This class equips and empowers police officers and others in the law enforcement community to make friends with people in the community before they need them to step forward as witnesses, help with finding missing children, help solve cases, reduce gun violence, and more. There will be significant wellness and safety benefits to officers who participate in this class because they will learn how to improve their mental and emotional health, improve their emotional intelligence, and become better at providing wellness support to their peers who may be struggling. The cost can be justified by improved officer wellness and safety, reduced complaints, and greater trust and cooperation between the agency and the community.

All of the class participants will be featured in the TV show episode filmed at the game, giving everyone extra motivation to contribute to the success of the event. We air the TV show episode on the most popular social media channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and others) and guarantee a minimum of 100,000 views.
